Who you are
Minimum of 5 years of US IT Recruitment industry experience, with at least 1.5 years in a Team Lead role.
Experience leading recruitment team with a focus on helping scale the organization in order to meet its growth objectives.
Experience working in a process-oriented environment at mid-or-large-sized companies for at least 4-5 years.
Experience building, training, and retaining successful recruiting teams.
Must have prior experience in managing a team of 2-4 resources.
Proven experience working on C2C & W2 models. Experience working with Implementation Partners will be an added advantage.
Strong Knowledge of US Work Visas (H1B, OPT, EAD, GC, and Citizens)
Experience with resume database and applicant tracking systems.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end IT Recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Flexible to work and should be ready to adapt to changes.
