Who you are
Responsible for Account Management and handling IT requirements from US based clients.
Responsible for full recruitment cycle interview, offer, negotiation and closing candidates for assigned requisitions. Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submitting into interview and placement. Must be having capability to work with a team or individually
Strong Knowledge of US Work Visas (H1B, OPT, EAD, GC, and Citizens)
Experience with resume database and applicant tracking systems.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end IT Recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Flexible to work and should be ready to adapt to changes.
